Bernard François’s culinary journey is not really ordinary for a young chef…
His culinary training took him early on from Belgium to Provence, where he was able to perfect his skills under the guidance of renowned chefs, some of whom were Michelin-starred.
In Durbuy, he worked at the famous Sanglier des Ardennes, adding a rich and rustic dimension to his culinary repertoire.
Then, his journey took him to Provence, to Eygalières, where he explored new culinary adventures for a season before returning to our beautiful Ardennes.
The diversity and richness of these experiences have shaped Bernard’s unique character, combining strength and determination to offer innovative and appealing cuisine.
His talent lies in his ability to design dishes that are both visually stunning and deliciously flavorful. His meticulous work and ambition are reflected in every dish he creates, offering a contemporary cuisine that will satisfy even the most discerning gourmets.
